Full Stack - Lead Engineer (C#, WPF)

Job Description

- Lead Engineer with 3 to 8 years of Software development experience with C#, .NET Framework, Microsoft WPF
- Sound knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript as well as practical working experience with JavaScript frameworks, ideally vue.js
- Basic knowledge in PLC, Drive or any micro-controller based device & knowledge about industry usage of the device is added advantage.
- Excellent debugging capabilities to understand existing code base, development standard, design patterns, identify improvement areas & bug.
- Must have exposure to agile software development methodologies, with good track record in delivery compliance with respect to time & quality requirements.
- Excellent in Understanding user requirements, analyzing requirements, code development following existing standards, follow Definition of done(DOD), Definition of Ready (DOR), unit testing & creating project documentation.
- Should have sound knowledge in creating test cases from user story, develop/understand acceptance criteria & develop to satisfy acceptance criteria.
- Should be able to provide work estimates, follow mutually agreed schedule, provide regular update in team meetings, report to project manager/stakeholders
- Excellent learning agility, awareness of new technologies & innovative mindset to propose new improvements on existing process/product.
- Must understand systems engineering, interface points and software quality factors.
- Must be curious to learn & investigate new option, courage to take step for improvements, collaborative & good team player

Work Experience

Essential Skills

- Strong and Hands-on Experience in Windows Application Development using Microsoft Technologies
- Strong concepts on Advanced C#.Net, OOPS, LINQ
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript including practical experience with JavaScript frameworks, ideally vue.js
- Design Patterns, Design Principles
- WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), MVVM, Windows Application Development
- NSubstitute
- Basics of ASP.Net, Angular JS
- Scrum Processes
- Experience in end-to-end product development using SDLC practices

Desirable Skills

- Good experience in Industrial Automation as domain
- Experience in continuous integration, configuration management
- Knowledge of Code Quality tools like SonarQube
- Azure and Cloud development (minimum 1 year experience)
