About the team
In Organization and Work Transformation, we help clients achieve their transformation goals through their most valuable asset: their people. Successful transformation relies on defining the right organization, operations, and behaviours, and anchoring changes with employees' collaboration. Our consultants translate transformation agendas into new operating, capability, and governance models. We design and implement strategic change initiatives based on data-driven insights, enhancing organizational performance, productivity, and profitability. If you are passionate about this work and value collaboration, challenging the status quo, and personal development, this position is for you!
Job Description
Join Deloitte's Organization and Work Transformation team as a Consultant and contribute to meaningful change for our clients. We are looking for motivated professionals with experience supporting change management and organizational readiness in ERP and technology implementation programs. As a Consultant, you will work alongside industry experts, utilize advanced methodologies, and help shape the future of organizations. If you are driven by making an impact and excel in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply and become a valuable member of our innovative team.
In this role, you will make an impact by:
- Designing and implementing strategic change initiatives that support successful ERP and other technology transformation programs.
- Conducting stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness activities to help clients prepare for and adopt new processes and technologies.
- Developing and delivering communication, engagement, and training initiatives that drive employee adoption and business readiness throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Supporting program leaders and business stakeholders in navigating organizational change and realizing the expected benefits of ERP implementations.
- Leveraging data-driven insights and adoption metrics to identify risks, inform decision-making, and drive successful change outcomes.
Qualifications
Whether you studied business, psychology, human resource management, political science, strategy, or something completely different, is not the most important factor to us. We are more interested in your strong analytical skills combined with an engaged, structured, and curious personality, as well as your interest in our area of expertise in Organization and Work Transformation.
We expect that you have experience delivering change management activities such as stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training, and business readiness within complex transformation programs. In addition, you possess excellent project management and communication skills, both verbal and written, and are motivated by creating lasting value for clients and colleagues. As many of our projects are delivered in Danish organizations and involve close collaboration with local stakeholders, fluency in both Danish and English is required.
What you bring to the team:
- 1-3 years of consulting or change management experience, with experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation programs.
- SAP change management experience preferred, with an understanding of organizational change and transformation methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder management, communication planning, training, and user adoption activities.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in client-facing environments and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Fluency in both Danish and English is required.
Even if you do not see yourself in all the bullets above, we still encourage you to apply if you believe your skills can make an impact on our team.
