About this role
As a Finance Analyst, you’ll support the development of short- and medium-term financial plans that guide operational and strategic decisions across the airport. Working closely with finance partners, operational teams, and senior leaders, you’ll help ensure Heathrow’s resources are allocated effectively to deliver exceptional passenger experiences and sustainable growth.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where analytical insight drives real-world outcomes. Success in this role means providing accurate, timely, and actionable financial analysis that supports Heathrow’s planning cycles, from forecasting passenger volumes to modelling investment scenarios. You’ll contribute to decisions that balance commercial performance, operational resilience, and long-term sustainability.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, or business planning.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems, with the ability to manage large datasets effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in presenting analysis to non-financial audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Experience within aviation, transport, or other large-scale infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with corporate planning cycles and performance management frameworks.
- Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP or Anaplan.
