About the Job

At Procure Plus, we want to make a difference through fantastic value for housing, support through delivery like no-one else, improving communities, changing people’s lives through employment and valuing you and what you bring to work.

We don’t do typical structure; there’s no boss’s office or fancy job title, and we don’t care what your last job title was. We are looking for someone with real senior experience who shares our values, wants to work somewhere that makes a difference and has the ability to connect with people, build relationships and support clients through the procurement and delivery of social housing repairs and maintenance.

This is a senior role (think 10+ years), and we believe some commercial experience in construction and knowledge of the housing sector is needed. You should be able to work independently, be curious, kind, fair, collaborative, have integrity, and be passionate about the business. This is not a sales role; it’s about operational delivery, so whether you’ve enthusiastically demonstrated great leadership, energetically established collaboration, quietly supported customers to greatness or delivered big projects successfully, we want to hear from you.

The role will involve being our representative with housing providers (and potentially wider public sector) across either the North West region or the national UK area, building relationships old and new, working in sync with the rest of the business to ensure we make that difference.

A more detailed role description is available on our website.

About Procure Plus

We provide cost-effective, high-quality procurement solutions for social housing landlords and other public sector bodies and then support them through delivery to completion, working with the client and supply chain to ensure success. We win work by being the best and invest our hard-earned surplus into our core commitment of creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals who have been traditionally left on the sidelines. This amounts to hundreds of people having the dignity of the work that they seek and deserve every year. Watch this video to hear from the clients, delivery partners and apprentices who have been part of the Procure Plus journey over the past 20 years.

At Procure Plus, we’re all about our People. Our culture is apparent in all that we do, and we are committed to providing an environment where our team can grow, be themselves, and flourish, both professionally and personally.

Regardless of your role, we reward ability, performance, and a positive attitude with a comprehensive package that caters to your needs. Our package includes a company bonus, a generous holiday allowance (25 days plus bank holidays for full-time employees, increasing to 30 days plus bank holidays over time), healthcare coverage, a pension scheme with matched contributions up to 7%, life assurance, salary sacrifice schemes, and free parking.

Use of AI

We don’t use AI in our recruitment processes; we promise your application will be reviewed by a person – and we will let you know the outcome! AI can be a great tool to help you organise ideas, check clarity, or refine wording, but it can also make applications feel inauthentic and generic or misrepresent you, your qualifications or experience. We encourage you to use your own words or adapt AI-assisted content to help us get a real sense of who you are.
