About this role
Perform civil repair, maintenance, and construction work in pharmaceutical facilities.
Carry out plastering, brickwork, blockwork, cement work, and concrete repairs as required.
Perform floor tile, wall tile, skirting, and grouting repair and replacement work.
Maintain internal and external walls, floors, drainage channels, and other civil structures.
nspect civil structures for cracks, water leakage, damaged plaster, loose tiles, and other defects.
Follow GMP guidelines, safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards during maintenance activities.
Knowledge of cement, mortar, grouting, waterproofing, and surface finishing.
Ability to work as part of the engineering and maintenance team
Ability to identify and repair common civil defects.
