As Market Access Lead within our Partner Markets Europe team, you'll shape pricing and access strategies that bring Sanofi's innovative medicines to patients across 15+ European markets. Ready to get started?

Join the team transforming how healthcare is delivered for chronic and specialty conditions worldwide. In General Medicines, you'll help drive meaningful outcomes in diabetes, transplant, and immunology — with the scale and urgency patients deserve.

About Sanofi:

We're an R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to improving people's lives and delivering compelling growth. Our deep understanding of the immune system – and innovative pipeline – enables us to invent medicines and vaccines that treat and protect millions of people around the world. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives.

Main responsibilities:

- Build and lead market access and pricing strategies for new product launches and reimbursement expansions across 15+ Partner Markets
- Act as the primary link between Sanofi's global market access functions and partners on all access topics
- Evaluate pricing and tender requests, prepare gross margin analyses, and provide Go/No-Go recommendations
- Monitor EU and national pricing regulations to ensure uninterrupted market access
- Simplify and optimize approval processes for pricing, access, and tender requests
- Build trusted relationships with partners and represent PME access interests in regional and global forums
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, regulatory, medical, and commercial teams to align access strategy

About you

- Experience leading market access or pricing strategy in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally across multiple markets or partner/distributor models
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including gross margin and gross-to-net analysis
- Skilled at building trust and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization across multiple countries and cultures
- University degree required; Master's or MBA an asset
- Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus

Why choose us?

- Help shape the future of care for chronic and complex conditions like diabetes and cardiovascular disease — and make a real impact at scale, with medicines that reach over 100 million people each year
- Drive meaningful change in a streamlined, AI-powered organization that values smart, modern ways of working
- Expand your leadership impact through cross-functional collaboration and international career paths
- Enjoy a well-rounded rewards package that supports your success — with top-tier healthcare, flexible working, and 14 weeks of gender-neutral parental leave
- Operate with real autonomy, acting as the recognized strategic authority for access topics across the full PME perimeter
- Play a direct role in ensuring patients across 15+ countries gain timely access to innovative medicines
