<h2>Tasks</h2><p><strong>Your Role &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><p>In this senior position, you will play a pivotal role in driving flavour innovation across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage platforms, working as part of an established team, while collaborating with group entities across Europe.</p><p><strong>Flavour Creation &amp; Reformulation:</strong> Formulate innovative, high-performance flavours and taste solutions for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage applications</p><p><strong>Extract &amp; Botanical Integration:</strong> Leverage deep expertise in natural extracts and raw materials to maximize taste performance, profile complexity, and stability.</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 10 years of hands-on working experience as a Flavourist in the flavour, beverage, or ingredient industry.</p><p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> Proven track record in natural extract technology and application development for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.</p><h2>Requirements</h2><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p><strong>Languages:</strong>English: Business fluent (Mandatory)Italian: Professional working proficiency (Highly desirable / Ideal)</p><p><strong>Mindset:</strong> Highly collaborative, innovative problem-solver with exceptional sensory skills and project management capabilities in an international group setting.</p><p>Please apply in English</p>
