About Us
Right at Home Solent is a family-run, CQC Outstanding-rated home care provider. We support people to live safely and comfortably in their own homes while maintaining their independence and dignity.

We believe in quality care, strong relationships and looking after our Care Assistants as well as our Clients.

Your Role

As a Care Assistant, you will support Clients in their own homes with everyday tasks, personal care where required, companionship and other activities that help them maintain their independence.

You will have time to provide quality care, get to know your regular Clients and make a positive difference to their daily lives.

Flexible Working Options

We offer a range of shifts to suit different lifestyles, including:

- Morning shifts: 7am–1pm or 9am–3:30pm
- Evening shifts: 5pm–10pm
- Split shifts: 9am–1pm and 5pm–10pm
- Weekday shifts plus alternate weekends

What We’re Looking For

- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
- The right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
- Clear background check
- Business car insurance
- Availability to work alternate weekends.
- A caring, patient, reliable and respectful approach.

No previous care experience is needed. We provide full training and support.
