Contract Negotiation
- Leads negotiation of complex MSAs, SOWs, and amendments, coordinating with Legal on risk allocation, data protection, service levels, and indemnification terms
- Drafts and negotiates terms related to service level agreements (SLAs), limitation of liability, termination rights, and data security/privacy obligations

- Leads process transformation and end-to-end redesign of IT procurement workflows — intake, sourcing, contracting, and renewal management — to improve cycle time, controls, and stakeholder experience
- Executes procurement deliverables within the supplier onboarding workflow, ensuring sourcing, commercial, contracting, due diligence, and approval requirements are completed accurately and on time
- Collaborates with IT to establish and maintain renewal and asset lifecycle management processes, including demand planning, utilization review, commercial planning, and timely renewal or exit decisions
- Develops, implements, and adheres to service level agreements for procurement cycle time, responsiveness, and stakeholder experience; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Evaluates and implements procurement technology (source-to-pay, contract lifecycle management, spend analytics tools) to support the redesigned processes
- Serves as an escalation point for vendor disputes, service failures, and contract non-compliance
Team Leadership & Development
- Provides functional leadership, workload prioritization, and governance oversight for IT sourcing, technology contracts, vendor management, software licensing, and technology spend management
- Manages, coaches, and develops a team of procurement professionals, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and building bench strength
