This position is 8 hours a night, and you MUST have open Weekend availability.

Qualifications:

The following qualifications are either required or preferred unless specifically stated:

High school graduate

5 years of supervisory or management experience

Ability to work independently.

Exemplary customer service experience

Previous experience managing a crew of at least 20 people

Previous experience in custodial or grocery industry, including stocking, or janitorial work (preferred but not required)

Must pass a background check

Availability to work evenings and some weekends

Key Responsibilities:

As the Night Shelf Stocking and Custodial Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning employees to specific duties

Supervising employees engaged in shelf stocking and custodial tasks

Monitoring workflow to ensure production standards are met

Ensuring all required functions are completed within approved timeframes

Conducting QC inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed

Managing site-level HR functions, including schedule creation, employee evaluations, corrective action plans, and job postings

Ensuring compliance with company and site-level policies, security protocols, and HR procedures

Managing health and safety plans

Meeting with customer representatives and acting as a liaison

Addressing customer complaints or inquiries

Handling and reporting emergencies and employee accidents appropriately

Resolving employee dissatisfactions and grievances

Adhering to federal and local laws, as well as all company policies and procedures

Assisting in maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Completing various paperwork requirements

Concluding end-of-day functions in the office

Performing various functions related to custodial, warehousing, and shelf stocking

Motivating and inspiring the workforce by setting a positive example and demonstrating a "follow me" attitude.
