The Role
As a Banquet Bartender, you are responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at banquets, weddings, meetings, conferences, and special events . You provide friendly, prompt service while ensuring all beverage operations are executed efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with responsible alcohol service standards .

What You Will Be Doing

- Set up, stock, and break down banquet bar stations for events

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards

- Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude while delivering exceptional service

- Verify guest age and always follow responsible alcohol service guidelines

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all bar areas and equipment

- Monitor beverage inventory and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors

- Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately when required

- Work closely with banquet servers, culinary teams, and event staff to ensure seamless event execution

- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and company policies and procedures

- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and other banquet-related duties as assigned
