Sploot Veterinary Care is expanding to New Jersey in 2027, and we're looking to connect with veterinarians who want to shape the future of vet care in a city that's as outdoorsy, vibrant, and community-driven as we are!

Burned out by overbooked schedules and lack of support? At Sploot, you'll practice high-quality medicine with a fully staffed nursing team - so you can focus on your patients, not the chaos.

- Choose your schedule: 3/10s, 3/12s, 4/10s, or rotating 3- and 4-day weeks

- Highly skilled nursing team with up to a 3:1 nurse-to-DVM ratio

What Makes You a Great Fit

- DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in New Jersey

- TN visa support available for Canadian and Mexican veterinarians

- Experience in general practice, urgent care, or emergency

- Comfortable asking questions and excited to keep growing and developing your skills

- Bonus Points: experienced in and excited about surgeries and dentals

- $150,000–$200,000 base salary (shift and experience dependent)

- ProSal model with 20–25% production and no negative accrual
