- Develop and maintain relationships with contractor, engineer, and owner/end-user accounts across the territory.
- Represent the business in industry associations such as RETA, IARW, PIA, and ASHRAE.

- Take ownership of territory results with accountability, safety, and integrity by staying organized, following through on commitments, and representing Johnson Controls professionally in every customer interaction.
- Stay close to the work and remove obstacles by spending time with refrigeration contractors, engineers, and end users to understand application needs, project timing, and decision drivers firsthand.
- Improve every day through candor and problem-solving by sharing clear feedback on market trends, competitor activity, customer perception, and project outcomes with regional management and the factory.
- Win as one team by collaborating with internal partners and participating in RETA, IARW, PIA, and ASHRAE to strengthen relationships and expand demand for Frick equipment.

What We Look For

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience and training
