About this role

On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) – 7 On / 7 Off

Flexible schedule. Work from home between visits. Seven consecutive days off.

Looking for an RN opportunity that gives you more flexibility, independence, and a full week off at a time?

The Care Team Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide after-hours and weekend support to hospice patients and families.

This unique 7 On / 7 Off opportunity offers a rotating schedule with seven consecutive days off between work rotations, giving you the ability to plan your personal time while continuing to make a meaningful impact in patient care.

Unlike a traditional RN Case Manager position, you won't be managing a full daytime caseload. Instead, you'll focus on responding to patient needs, providing symptom management, completing visits when necessary, and supporting patients and families through important moments in their hospice journey.

When you're not actively responding to patient needs or completing visits, you can remain at home while available for on-call responsibilities. You'll enjoy the independence of working in the field with the support of an experienced interdisciplinary team.

We're looking for a dependable, clinically confident RN who is comfortable making decisions independently and values a schedule that offers extended time away from work.
