About the role

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Bartender to join our team at Onyx Bar & Lounge , where handcrafted cocktails, sophisticated small plates, and breathtaking Sonoran Desert views create an elevated social experience. In this role, you will prepare and serve exceptional beverages, engage guests with personalized service, and help create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building genuine connections with guests, and takes pride in delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

What you will do

- Prepare and serve an exceptional selection of wines, spirits, and handcrafted cocktails while maintaining recipe consistency and upholding Four Seasons service standards.
- Accurately process guest orders, including special requests and preferences, using the point-of-sale system to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
- Anticipate guest needs, engage in meaningful interactions, and deliver attentive service that enhances the atmosphere of Onyx Bar & Lounge.
- Support daily bar operations through opening and closing duties, stocking, organization, and other side work to ensure an efficient and well-presented environment.
- Accurately handle guest checks, process cash and credit card transactions, and maintain compliance with all financial and operational procedures.

What you bring

- Previous bartending experience in a luxury hotel, resort, upscale restaurant, or high-end bar environment.
- Strong knowledge of premium wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation, with experience creating and executing craft cocktails preferred.
- A passion for hospitality and the ability to create engaging, personalized guest experiences.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and current TIPS certification.
- Valid United States Work Authorization
