Work Environment:

Housing & Travel Support:

- Cabin provided with kitchenette
- Additional hotel accommodations available
- Company supports employees traveling home once a month
- Meals (M&IE) per diem provided
- Free transportation to and from the project site
- Convenient access to restaurants, grocery stores, and laundry facilities

Why You Should Be Interested:

- Opportunity to support a high-profile, approximately $1B construction project
- Long-term job opportunity
- PTO, paid holidays, housing, meals per diem, and other benefits provided
- Strong company commitment to employee development and safety excellence
- Exposure to experienced operations leaders, project teams, and corporate safety leadership
- Collaborative work environment focused on coaching, mentorship, and professional growth

Responsibilities:

- Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, orientations, and training sessions
- Serve as a trusted safety resource for project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
- Promote a proactive and positive safety culture throughout the project
- Support project goals related to safety, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate closely with field leadership to drive continuous safety improvement

Qualifications: Must Have

- Minimum 5 years of dedicated construction safety experience (safety-focused role, not a dual-role position)
- Experience overseeing or supporting concrete construction activities
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety practices

Nice to Have

- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Construction Management, or a related field
