About the Role
Chapman Hyundai Phoenix is seeking a friendly, dependable Shuttle Driver to join our Service Department. This role helps create a positive customer experience by providing safe, reliable transportation to and from the dealership while customers' vehicles are being serviced. When not transporting customers, the Shuttle Driver assists with vehicle movement in the Service Drive and helps maintain an organized, efficient service operation.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport customers to and from the dealership while providing courteous, professional service.
- Maintain a timely and reliable shuttle schedule.
- Assist with moving customer vehicles in the Service Drive.
- Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and presentable.
- Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance or service needs to management.
- Communicate professionally with customers and dealership team members.
- Assist with maintaining an organized flow of vehicles in the Service Department.
Qualifications
- Must have valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to safely operate vehicles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Must be able to go up and down stairs
- Must have flexible availability to work three days per week, Monday-Saturday within the Service Departments operating hours
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
