About this role

About Healthy Gamer

If you grew up on the Internet like us, you know mental health is more important than ever. But many people face obstacles when seeking traditional mental health care, like finding the right support or having the right insurance.

At Healthy Gamer, we think modern mental health care should be inclusive and affordable. Our coaching service has helped over 13,000 people across 77 countries since it launched in November 2019. Our movement is gaining traction, putting us in the top 0.1% of Twitch streamers and the top 1% of YouTube channels. And we’re working on even more resources to help people find a way forward when they need it.

We’ve made an impact in the gaming community, but that’s not where our mission ends. We want to expand our audience and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there. We are building teams of the best and the brightest in mental wellness, and we are having fun doing it.

What You'll Do

As Campaign Manager for [Memberships / Coaching], you’ll use performance data to oversee the go-to-market execution of campaigns that brings our strategy to life. You’ll partner closely with product managers to launch products and features through web, email, social, and other channels, ensuring campaigns reach the right people at the right time.

You’ll use data from HubSpot and Amplitude to understand what’s working, optimize performance, and bring forward ideas that help shape what comes next. Most importantly, your work will help connect people, often seeking support for the first time, with meaningful mental health resources.

Your ideas matter here, too. We highly value experts who notice what's working, bring clear recommendations, and help shape what comes next.

Responsibilities:

Bring products and features to market

- Partner with product managers to plan, produce, and launch marketing campaigns that promote new products and features.
- Write creative briefs with goals, audience, messaging, channels, timeline, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with product managers and Content team to ensure in-video and web CTAs will increase traffic and ultimately conversions
- Explore opportunities to go beyond organic playbooks and lead paid search campaigns and ads
- Run data-informed post-campaign reviews and carry the lessons into the next product launch.

Own go-to-market campaign production and testing

- Carry out the marketing plan for [Coaching or Memberships] set by leadership, growing traffic that turns into conversions. Over time, help scale it to support B2B opportunities.
- Support lead capture via SEO-informed landing pages, UTMs, CTAs, forms, and campaign-related marketing projects
- Craft copy for web pages, CTAs, email, and social media that ties product messaging to what our audience needs.
- Coordinate with social, video, and lifecycle teammates so each campaign shows up everywhere it should.
- Track the performance of these efforts, and conduct A/B testing; share data-backed recommendations on messaging, channels, and priorities as you learn; advise on ways to improve traffic, CTR, and on-page testing to lift CVR.

Support email and lifecycle

- Support newsletters and email journeys (onboarding, activation, nurture, upsell, re-engagement, and renewal) alongside our Lifecycle Specialist. Specifically: Set segmentation and lead-scoring rules based on behavior, product, and lifecycle stage.
- Run a steady A/B testing program on subject lines, content, send times, and flows.
- Understand CRM hygiene, list health, deliverability, and workflow documentation.

This role is not responsible for:

- Setting company-wide marketing strategy or brand identity
- The product roadmap
- Creating multimedia and video
- Executive and crisis communications
- Partnerships and PR

Must have:

- 7+ years in marketing, including hands-on work on product launches or go-to-market campaigns.
- Experience working with product managers or product teams on launches and feature releases.
- Strong copywriting for web, email, and social, with a feel for value propositions and audience segments.
- Hands-on HubSpot experience: email builds, workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
- Comfort with data: read dashboards and funnel numbers, run A/B tests, and explain results in plain language.
- Web analytics tools (for example GA4, Amplitude, or Metabase), CMS tools (for example Framer), design tools (Figma)
- SEO and GEO strategy, and CRO on landing pages.
- Organized and self-directed, able to keep launches on track from brief to post-launch review.

Highly valued:

- Experience advising leaders with clear, data-backed recommendations on strategy, messaging, or priorities.

Nice to have:

- A personal connection to our mission of making mental health support easier to find.
