In this role, you will assist experienced technicians in repairing, refinishing, and restoring wheels to like-new condition, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. As a Wheel Repair Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to learn the art of wheel repair, refinishing, and restoration. From repairing cosmetic damage to restoring wheels to like-new condition, you'll develop specialized skills while playing an important role in delivering the quality our customers expect.

No previous wheel repair experience? No problem! We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn!

Responsibilities

- Assist in the inspection of wheels for damage, including dents, scratches, and corrosion.

- Support the repair and refurbishment process including sanding, welding, painting, and polishing wheels.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following safety protocols.

- Collaborate with the service team to meet customer deadlines.

- Learn and adhere to all service procedures and standards.

- Assist with inventory management of tools and parts.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Ability to work in a hands-on environment and stand for long periods.

- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and learn new techniques .
