About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will lead the strategic development and growth of a portfolio of events, ensuring the achievement of commercial, financial, brand, and stakeholder objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance event value propositions, identify new opportunities, and deliver outstanding experiences for exhibitors, visitors, media, and industry partners.

Responsibilities

- Develop and lead the long-term strategy for event growth, ensuring alignment with strategic, commercial, financial, and brand objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members by defining clear objectives, providing feedback, and supporting individual development plans.
- Own the Business Operating Plan (BOP) and validate the Zero-Base Budget (ZBB), ensuring successful execution throughout the event cycle.
- Deliver short-term commercial and marketing results that contribute to annual business objectives.
- Enhance the event value proposition through effective coordination and supervision of cross-functional teams before, during, and after events.
- Manage event budgets, monitor financial performance, and control Income Statement results to achieve business targets.
- Execute reporting and forecasting activities to provide visibility into event performance and business contribution.
- Identify industry trends, customer interests, innovation opportunities, partnerships, synergies, and potential new event launches.
- Define and implement action plans based on stakeholder satisfaction feedback and key business performance indicators.
- Lead the implementation of corporate strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Experience developing and executing business growth strategies.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching and performance management.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into business opportunities.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
