Job Overview  
As a Mason Crew Member, you will bring landscape designs to life by constructing functional and aesthetic hardscape features. Collaborating with a Crew Lead, you will ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and to high-quality standards. 
Responsibilities and Duties 
Follow layout plans and project specifications from crew leader
Lay and align materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, stones, and other materials.
Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools, adhering to safety protocols
Ensuring a clean and hazard-free work environment
Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves to achieve high standard in appearance
Effective communication with Crew Lead and team members to meet project deadlines.

Job Requirements 
1+ years of proven work experience in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout 
Must be able to operate construction equipment including skid steer, mini excavator, and loaders
Ability and licensing to drive non-CDL trucks and trailers
Reliability is necessary
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several tasks at a time 
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
