Job Summary:

.

We're looking for a Associate, IT Analyst builder and someone sharp with numbers, comfortable building models, and just as comfortable turning that analysis into a compelling slide or narrative. Someone who's naturally curious about new tools and uses them to work faster and smarter. This is a high visibility role for someone who wants to learn fast and grow quickly.

Job Duties:

- Build and coordinate materials for Town Halls, Portfolio Reporting, all hands meetings, Board Packs, and strategy sessions, pulling together content from across the IT organization into a single, polished narrative
- Design and build executive level presentations, translating data and initiatives into clear, compelling stories for senior leadership
- Build financial and operational models (budget, forecast, headcount, vendor spend) to support decision making across the CIO's office
- Look for ways to make the IT organization more operationally efficient, and use modern tools and automation to build the fixes rather than manual workarounds
- Build dashboards and automate recurring reports, cutting out manual effort wherever possible
- Draft newsletters, blogs, and other communications to keep stakeholders aligned and informed
- Take on ad hoc projects and analysis across finance, strategy, and operations as priorities shift
- Help plan and support offsites, Town Halls, and volunteer events, handling logistics and materials so the day runs smoothly

Job Requirements:

Must Have

- 2 to 5 years of experience in a fast paced analytical, finance, or business role, ideally supporting a central function (Chief of Staff, COO, CIO, or similar office) at a bank, consulting firm, or other financial institution

- Genuine comfort with AI tools in daily work such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude to speed up analysis, research, and writing

- Genuine literacy in numbers, able to understand and reason through them, not just plug them into a spreadsheet

- Strong Excel skills, including building models from scratch

- Strong PowerPoint skills, able to turn raw data and rough ideas into clean, executive ready slides

- Solid quantitative and analytical instincts; comfortable with numbers and finding the story in the data

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A proactive, builder's mindset, comfortable managing shifting priorities with minimal hand holding

- Highly organized and detail oriented, with a habit of double checking your own work

- Hybrid — working onsite at our NY Office

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

Nice to Have

- Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants

- Exposure to Technology modernization initiatives, programs

- Experience building dashboards or automating reporting
