Join East West Hospitality team at Stag Lodge as a Shuttle Driver , and be a key part of creating an exceptional guest and owner experience. As a frontline team member, you’ll play an essential role in safely transporting homeowners and guests, and providing attentive, professional service that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe and reliable transportation for homeowners and guests throughout the Park City area, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a clean driving record and demonstrating a willingness and comfort level with driving.
- Log, track, deliver and mail packages accurately, including sending timely delivery notification emails to homeowners and guests.
- Assist with valet-style services such as handling and transporting skis and gear as needed.
- Maintain owner vehicles to ensure they are clean, fueled, and ready for use prior to the owners’ arrival.
- Wash and detail vehicles as needed, monitor fuel levels, and ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and prepared for a seamless experience.
- Demonstrate confidence and sound judgment when driving in varying conditions, including snow, ice, heavy traffic, and inclement weather.
- Safely navigate local roads and changing driving conditions while prioritizing safety, punctuality, and discretion.
- Provide warm and professional service to all guests, owners, and employees.
- Offer guests and owners clear directions, helpful information, and thoughtful recommendations.
- Maintain composure and professionalism while managing multiple priorities.
- Support the team with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Employment Type : Full Time or Part- Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate:  $22/hour DOE

Schedule: Varies, may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Requirements:

- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of the Park City area preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and technology.
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.
- Self-motivated and team oriented.
