About the Role
Williamsburg Kitchen & Bath is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead and oversee our installation operations in the Williamsburg, Virginia market. This is a full-time leadership position for a motivated professional with a background in residential remodeling, construction management, and customer service. The Installation Manager will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all bath and shower remodeling installations
- Schedule and manage installation crews to ensure maximum efficiency
- Review contracts, measurements, and project specifications prior to installation
- Coordinate product ordering, delivery schedules, and inventory control
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards
- Conduct site visits and provide support for installers as needed
- Manage customer communication throughout the installation process
- Resolve installation issues and service concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor project costs and improve operational efficiencies
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training installation team members
- Maintain accurate records, production schedules, timecards, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or installation management
- Experience with bath and shower remodeling projects preferred
- Acrylic bath system experience strongly preferred
- Plumbing knowledge and troubleshooting skills highly desirable
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proven leadership and team-building experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
