About the Role
Redwall is looking for a DTG General Laborer to join our screen printing production team. In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you'll work alongside the Press Operator to keep jobs running smoothly and make sure every garment that comes off the press meets our quality standards. No printing experience is required, and we'll train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Lays out shirts
- Helps catchers pack big orders
- Stickers shirts
- Fills in for people if they are gone
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read, write, and understand work orders and instructions
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division)
- Ability to identify colors
- Positive attitude, willingness to follow instructions, and reliable attendance
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Availability to work weekends and overtime when needed
- Knowledge of graphic arts is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Standing for 8 to 10 hours per day
- Lifting up to 35 lbs regularly, and the ability to properly lift 50 lbs
- Exposure to warm and cold temperatures in a production environment
