Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) (Belgium)

<p>Cpro Food is on track to double or triple its volume within two years and you'll help build the organisation to get there. As Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) in Loncin, you'll take full ownership of daily operations and site performance, with real budget authority behind your decisions, while building and developing a team that grows alongside the business. </p>
<h2>Your responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>You own the <strong>warehouse operation end-to-end</strong>, from goods receipt and put-away to picking, packing, shipping and truck loading.</li>
<li>You <strong>lead and develop the Team Leads and the full warehouse team</strong> (8–10 employees), including goal-setting reviews and building a resilient substitution structure.</li>
<li>You <strong>steer and improve operational KPIs</strong>: OTIF, picking productivity, order and inventory accuracy, damage rate and fleet utilisation.</li>
<li>You hold overall <strong>accountability for site performance and cost-efficiency</strong>, including operating costs, budget and investments up to a defined limit.</li>
<li>You drive <strong>continuous improvement of ERP/WMS-supported processes</strong> and the <strong>D2C ramp-up</strong> on site, writing and enforcing SOPs along the way.</li>
<li>You ensure <strong>site safety and compliance</strong> (PPE, Belgian labour and fire safety law, EU feed hygiene/HACCP) and coordinate <strong>cross-functionally with Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Finance, People &amp; Organisation and IT</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Your profile</h2>
<ul>
<li>Several years of <strong>hands-on experience leading a warehouse or logistics operation</strong></li>
<li>Solid <strong>end-to-end process knowledge</strong> across goods receipt, intralogistics, outbound and stock counting, plus confidence with <strong>transport processes</strong> (CMR documentation, tour planning, carrier coordination).</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>WMS and ERP systems</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Structured</strong>, <strong>performance-driven and hands-on attitude</strong></li>
<li>Clear <strong>communicator under pressure</strong>, with experience <strong>driving change</strong> in established teams.</li>
<li><strong>Fluent French</strong> (<strong>C1</strong>) and very good English (<strong>B2</strong>).</li>
