Scale Sales Teams is hiring a remote Sales Consultant for our Phoenix, Arizona opening. We help consultants, agencies, and online brands grow through trained sales teams, organized client acquisition systems, and AI-supported marketing.
Your focus is the human side of that process: listening to prospects, understanding their business, and helping them decide whether our solutions fit.
What your work involves
- Meet with booked prospects by Zoom or phone.
- Lead discovery conversations and explain relevant solutions.
- Answer questions, work through objections, and guide qualified opportunities toward a decision.
- Keep CRM notes and pipeline updates accurate.
- Follow team KPIs and contribute to weekly sales targets.
The support behind you
You will work with warm inbound opportunities and appointments that are already scheduled. There is no cold calling or manual lead hunting. Our established systems and sales frameworks give you a foundation, while AI-supported lead generation helps keep human conversations at the center of the process.
Who fits this role
You bring experience in remote sales, appointment setting, or closing. You speak naturally, stay organized without constant supervision, and follow through consistently. You are comfortable working from home, receiving feedback, and improving your results.
Position and compensation
This is a full-time, fully remote Sales position associated with Phoenix, AZ. The listed salary range is $2,567–$3,567 per week. Additional incentives and earning opportunities are tied to results. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
