About this role
Scrum Master
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices.
- Support multiple teams in complex delivery environments.
- Work with Product Owners on backlog refinement, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Track project progress, risks, and Agile metrics using JIRA.
- Coordinate communication between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality sprint delivery
### Requirements
Scrum Master
- Strong experience managing multiple Scrum teams
- Strong JIRA experience for tracking and reporting
- Exposure to Data Engineering / Analytics / BI / Cloud projects
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of Agile governance and delivery frameworks
