JOB POSITION TITLE: SERVER / BARISTA, FRSH By Aroma 360

QUALIFICATIONS:

- • At least two years of sales experience and proven track record in using inside sales methods to generate leads and upsell
- • Previous experience in luxury hospitality

- Prior experience preparing sushi in a restaurant or similar setting
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

FRSH by Aroma360 is looking for a friendly, reliable Server / Barista with hands-on experience preparing matcha. This role combines attentive guest service with consistent beverage preparation in a fresh, modern dining concept.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, explain the menu, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve poke bowls, spring rolls, and hand rolls.
- Prepare hot and iced matcha lattes using proper measuring, sifting, whisking, and water-temperature techniques.
- Prepare coffee and accommodate guests’ milk preferences.
- Follow beverage recipes to maintain consistent flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Process payments accurately through the POS system.
- Keep tables, service areas, and beverage stations clean, organized, and stocked.
- Follow food safety standards and communicate allergy requests clearly with the kitchen.
- Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.

Qualifications

- Previous server, barista, or café experience preferred.
- Matcha preparation experience required, including preparing smooth, clump-free matcha and hot and iced lattes.
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy service.
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
