About the Role:

At Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, the Pool & Beach / Banquet Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Pool & Beach, Outdoor Dining, and Banquet events while delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences. This role provides hands-on leadership to ensure operational excellence, team engagement, service consistency, and memorable experiences.

What You Will Do:

- Lead, train, coach, motivate, and develop employees and supervisors across Pool, Beach, Outdoor Dining, and Banquet operations to ensure Four Seasons service standards are consistently achieved.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the operation, building strong guest relationships, and effectively handling guest concerns, complaints, and special requests.
- Coordinate banquet and event operations, working closely with Catering teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory management, and cash controls.
- Monitor the condition of facilities, equipment, and public spaces, recommending and implementing improvements as needed to maintain a luxury environment.

What You Bring:

- Previous management experience in luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service and banquet operations.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Schedule & Hours:

- Full Time, (early mornings, days, evenings, or weekends.)
