Job Description
- Experience Required: 0 to 6 months;
- Education Desired: No High School diploma required
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
- Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
Job Responsibilities
- Attend department huddles to stay informed on daily priorities and team communication
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Starbucks beverages and products; prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages.
- Clean and maintain department and work area to ensure safety and sanitation regulations are met; maintain safety and food safety standards.
- Deliver Starbucks Coffee House experience; provide customer service and ensure their needs are met.
- Execute Starbucks promotional periods to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
