Order Pickers/ Equipment Operator

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Safely drive and operate a cherry picker to retrieve, stock, and put away materials in high-level racking.

Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts, identify missing products, and help maintain accurate inventory records.

General Warehouse Duties: Load and unload incoming shipments, build and shrink-wrap pallets, and keep the warehouse floor clean and organized.

Safety & Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and strictly adhere to all OSHA and internal safety protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of experience operating a cherry picker / order picker in a fast-paced distribution or 3PL environment.

Certifications: Current forklift or cherry picker certification preferred (or the ability to pass on-site certification).

Physical Ability: Comfortable working at heights up to 30+ feet. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or walk for extended periods.

Technical Skills: Experience using RF scanners and basic warehouse software.

Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, punctual, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $21.00
