Job Summary:
Join Baton Rouge Cargo Service, Inc. as a Terminal Manager overseeing the operations of our terminal facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, day-to-day facility operations, and ensuring the efficient flow of cargo in and out of the terminal.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise terminal staff and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate movement of cargo.
• Maintain safety and security protocols.
• Oversee inventory control and maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize terminal performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in terminal management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety and security regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
• Proven experience in terminal operations management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in terminal management
• Certifications in supply chain management or related fields are a plus.
