Responsibilities:
Execute procurement strategies for assigned categories.
Manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance in quality, delivery, and cost. Conduct negotiations to optimize contracts and reduce costs.
Monitor categories spend and identify opportunities for improvements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
Support initiatives for supplier innovation and risk assessment.
Analyze procurement data to identify trends and improvements.
Assist in developing category plans with senior leadership.
Implement process improvements to streamline procurement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for category alignment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in category management or procurement.
Knowledge of contract negotiation and supplier performance metrics.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Familiarity with procurement tools and data management software.
