This onsite Reno opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in apparel decoration, print production, estimating, or customer-facing order management who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and problem-solving matter. Youll create fast, accurate quotes for contract and retail customers, recommend decoration methods such as screen printing, embroidery, DTG, and patches , review artwork and garment compatibility, and manage orders from initial quote through production handoff. The ideal candidate brings 25 years of related experience , strong pricing and quoting skills, excellent customer communication, and the ability to juggle multiple time-sensitive orders while protecting margins; experience with QuickBooks, Shopify, InkSoft, CRM systems, screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products is a plus, and training is provided on internal systems and apparel decoration processes. Responsibilities

- Generate accurate and timely quotes for contract and retail customers, consistently targeting turnaround within two hours.
- Recommend appropriate decoration methods, including screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, patches, and related techniques, based on project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Identify potential production issues early, such as artwork limitations, placement concerns, and garment compatibility, and communicate solutions proactively.
- Manage retail orders from initial quote through production handoff, ensuring all details are complete and accurate.
- Communicate directly with customers to clarify specifications, timelines, quantities, artwork requirements, and overall expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Production, and Operations teams to ensure smooth, on-time execution of all orders.
- Maintain pricing accuracy across all quoted work and protect margins through thoughtful estimating and cost awareness.
- Utilize internal systems and tools to track quotes, orders, and customer communication, keeping records organized and up to date.
- Interpret artwork requirements, including vector file formats, placements, and basic production constraints, to confirm feasibility and guide customers.
- Manage multiple quotes and orders simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to avoid bottlenecks and keep projects moving.
- Work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions, balancing speed with attention to detail.
- Participate in training on internal systems, workflows, and industry-specific apparel decoration processes to continuously improve performance.

Essential Skills

- 25 years of relevant experience in apparel decoration, print production, estimating, or a closely related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of apparel decoration methods, or a demonstrated willingness and ability to learn them quickly.
- Ability to interpret artwork requirements, including vector formats, placements, and basic production constraints.
- Proven experience in pricing, quoting, and managing customer accounts and order workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple quotes and orders at the same time.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset focused on feasibility and quality.
- Ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions while maintaining accuracy.
- Manufacturing or production experience, particularly in managing front-end work orders, considered a valuable background.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with QuickBooks, Shopify, InkSoft, or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

- Familiarity with high-volume quoting environments and the ability to handle a large number of requests efficiently.

- Consistent awareness of margins and pricing accuracy to support profitable operations.

Work Environment This is a full-time, onsite role based in Reno, NV, working within a fast-paced apparel decoration and print production facility. The position reports into Operations, with day-to-day support from Customer Service leadership, fostering close collaboration with production and operations teams. You will use internal systems, as well as tools such as QuickBooks, Shopify, InkSoft, and CRM platforms, to manage quotes, orders, and customer communication. Training is provided on internal workflows, systems, and industry-specific apparel decoration processes, supporting continuous learning and professional growth in a hands-on production environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
