- Drove product innovation initiatives, partnering across functions to develop and launch new products, experiences, or consumer propositions.
- Held senior marketing leadership responsibility within a globally recognised consumer or lifestyle brand.
- Led, developed, and inspired high-performing marketing teams, building organizational capability and delivering results through others.
- Influenced senior business leaders to adopt new marketing strategies, operating models, or campaign approaches across multiple markets.
- Directed marketing investment planning and budget allocation in support of long-term growth objectives.
- Established and managed strategic external partnerships that strengthened brand relevance, consumer reach, or commercial performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Delivered marketing strategy or execution at regional or local market level within a global organisation.
- Improved marketing planning processes, performance reporting or end-to-end ways of working.

- Led marketing organisations through significant shifts in campaign planning and execution.
What you'll build
- A clear strategic vision for the future of adult audience marketing.
- New approaches to campaign development and execution across the adult business.
- Stronger connections between audience strategy, channel strategy and market implementation.
- Higher standards of marketing effectiveness and excellence.
- Improved planning, performance management and business processes.
- A platform for continued growth of the adult audience globally.
