About the Role
We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide telehealth rehabilitation services on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through virtual care.
The primary area of need is Oregon , with opportunities to support residents in Washington , Idaho , and Montana as services expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth evaluations and treatment sessions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as appropriate.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state regulations and professional standards.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Active PT license in Oregon required.
- Additional licensure in Washington, Idaho, and/or Montana preferred.
- Multi-state licensure strongly preferred.
- Telehealth experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
