Operations Program Manager (OPM) launches products on time, with high quality and maximum customer availability. OPMs are pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of Apple’s products. A successful OPM is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized, and detail oriented; excels in program/project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in high volume manufacturing, process engineering, or product development
Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, MBA is considered a plus
Proactive, Results oriented, and high attention to detail while running several work streams
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to present complicated information in simple terms across organization
Use data driven decisions and be willing to take action
Preferred Qualifications
Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience
