Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Arlington, TX
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support daily plant operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical and electrical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and plant systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Diagnose equipment problems, order replacement parts, and complete necessary repairs.
- Assist with equipment installation, removal, and routine servicing.
- Communicate equipment issues and maintenance needs to production management.
- Complete maintenance paperwork and service records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Report equipment hazards, injuries, and safety concerns immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience reading electrical diagrams, blueprints, or schematics.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Technical degree in mechanical, digital, or electronic technology, or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of high- and low-voltage wiring and single- and three-phase power.
- Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift operation experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
