What YOU Will Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems and equipment
- Perform system inspections and identify opportunities for repairs, replacements, and improvements
- Clearly explain service findings and recommend solutions that meet customers' needs
- Deliver excellent customer service while addressing questions, concerns, and service issues
- Stay current on HVAC technology, equipment, and industry best practices
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver quality service and positive customer experiences
- Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations according to company standards
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach
What YOU Will Bring
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Sales ability and confidence recommending appropriate repairs and system solutions
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors, in varying conditions, and handle HVAC equipment as needed
- A team-first attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
