About this role

We’re looking for people who put their innovation to work to advance our success – and their own. Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.

As the Change Management Enablement Lead within the Supplier Experience Pillar, you will drive adoption of new processes, policies and tools through structured change management, communications and training. Reporting to the Supplier Experience Manager, you will lead the change strategy for CoE initiatives by building stakeholder engagement plans, designing enablement and training curricula, running global communications and measuring adoption so new capabilities land successfully across global sourcing collaborators and key business partners. This role works closely with Platform Managers and Analysts, Data Analysts, Responsible Procurement, HR, Communications, Marketing and people leaders to turn transformation into lasting behavior change. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who blends empathy, strong communication and structured change rigor to help people embrace new ways of working.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

- Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement plans for CoE initiatives, shaping stakeholder engagement approaches, change sequencing and launch readiness.
- Design and deliver training, playbooks, and enablement materials for internal and external stakeholders, owning the training curriculum and approving content for CoE-owned processes.
- Lead global communications and readiness assessments across impacted groups. Support internal and external communications through verbal, written, and recorded messaging, and escalate readiness gates to the Supplier Experience Manager.
- Track adoption metrics and address resistance or capability gaps through adoption dashboards, stakeholder feedback loops and targeted resistance-management interventions.
- Serve as liaison between the CoE and business users during rollouts, gathering feedback and maintaining continuous improvement logs.
- Partner with the Platform Analyst on release notes and end-user documentation to ensure clear, consistent enablement content for each release.
- Report adoption metrics through KPIs with the Data & Platform Analyst and provide training-content support for the Responsible Procurement and Data Analytics teams.
- Lead Responsible Procurement communications, including EcoVadis, Scope 3 messaging and external responsible procurement campaigns, in partnership with the Responsible Procurement Manager.

YOU HAVE:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 5+ years experience in change management, learning and development or communications within a global function, including large global transformation rollouts such as digital platform or ERP/S2C implementations.
- Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter or an equivalent change methodology preferred.
- Experience with training design, instructional design, project delivery and communications planning.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams/Copilot and basic Power BI for adoption analytics.
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-influencing skills with executive-level acumen and resilience.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

WE HAVE:
