**HR Manager**\

The hire owns HR end to end: hiring, payroll and compliance.
**What you’ll do**
* Hire at volume, mainly frontline staff and interns, from sourcing to joining
* Run monthly payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity)
* Handle offer letters, onboarding/offboarding, contracts and HR records
* Manage a growing frontline workforce and its vendors
* Keep our books and filings on track with our accounting partners
**You have**
* 4–7 years in HR in India, hands-on with payroll and statutory compliance
* Experience hiring and managing frontline or contract workforces at volume
* Comfort with payroll/HRIS tools (Rippling a plus)
* Ownership, discretion, and some overlap with US hours
