Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required. U.S. citizenship required.
Location: On-site in Chantilly, VA (Full-Time).
Automate the work behind a secure enterprise. You'll build ServiceNow workflows, catalog items and integrations that thousands of users rely on for a federal national-security mission.
What you'll do
- Build automation-heavy workflows in Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- - Create service catalog items and reusable subflows
- - Build PPM forms and flows
- - Support A&A/RMF processes in ServiceNow
- - Map processes, write user stories, run UAT and write SOPs and training
What you bring (required)
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- - ServiceNow development: Flow Designer, Integration Hub, catalog items, subflows
- - ServiceNow PPM
- - Process mapping, user stories and UAT
Nice to have
- A&A/RMF or GRC in ServiceNow
- - eMASS, SharePoint or identity integrations
- - Virtual Agent
- - ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification
- - Enterprise-scale change management
