Position Summary

White Rose Villas is seeking experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Housekeepers to provide professional cleaning services for our growing portfolio of more than 50 vacation rental properties throughout the Davenport and Central Florida area.

As a Vacation Rental Housekeeper, you'll be responsible for preparing vacation homes for arriving guests, ensuring each property meets our cleanliness and presentation standards. From thorough turnover cleanings to identifying maintenance concerns, your attention to detail will directly contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering property-based compensation, weekly payments, and full-time or part-time work opportunities based on cleaning assignments.

We're looking for individuals who have previous vacation rental cleaning or housekeeping experience, work efficiently, take pride in their results, and can reliably complete assigned properties before guest check-in.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform thorough vacation rental turnover cleanings between guest departures and arrivals.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean surfaces to ensure properties meet established cleanliness standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and prepare bedrooms and bathrooms for incoming guests.
- Ensure vacation homes are clean, organized, presentable, and guest-ready before scheduled check-in times.
- Follow property-specific cleaning checklists and established quality standards.
- Inspect properties during cleaning and promptly report damages, maintenance concerns, or missing items to the designated inspector.
- Manage cleaning assignments efficiently to meet turnover deadlines, including same-day guest arrivals.
- Communicate with the White Rose Villas team regarding cleaning progress, property conditions, and any issues affecting guest readiness.
- Maintain a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented approach when servicing vacation rental properties.

Required Qualifications

- 1+ years previous professional vacation rental cleaning, residential housekeeping, or hospitality housekeeping experience.
- Reliable transportation to travel between assigned vacation rental properties.
- Working cell phone for receiving assignments and communicating with the team.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet cleaning deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to perform physically active cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional approach.
- Availability to accept weekend cleaning assignments.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to complete and submit a W-9 for independent contractor payment processing.

Compensation & Opportunities

- Compensation: $17-$20 estimated hourly rate

Paid per property, with rates varying based on the size of the home.
