Your Recipe for Impact — What You’ll Do

As a Facilities Services Senior Director, you'll lead the strategies, programs, and teams that keep our restaurants operating at their best. By developing scalable facilities and asset management solutions, you'll help drive restaurant readiness, operational excellence, asset reliability, and financial performance across the business.

In this role, you'll Make a Difference by creating maintenance strategies that improve restaurant uptime, service quality, and long-term asset performance. Day-to-Day Ingredients — Responsibilities

As a Facilities Services Senior Director, you will:

- Lead facilities services operations across multiple markets.
- Develop strategies that improve asset reliability and restaurant readiness.
- Create operational and financial plans that support business objectives.
- Analyze performance, workforce, and financial trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Partner with Finance on budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
- Lead enterprise maintenance programs, standards, and service models.
- Develop asset management and lifecycle strategies.
- Optimize staffing, vendor, and service delivery models.
- Lead and develop multiple levels of leadership.
- Build succession plans and strengthen organizational capability.
- Influence cross-functional business decisions and priorities.
- Champion continuous improvement, standardization, and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, governance, and financial control standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table — Required Experience

As a Facilities Services Senior Director, you must have:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 12+ years of experience in facilities services, maintenance operations, or related fields.
- Experience leading multi-site operations and maintenance organizations.
- Experience developing and executing operational and financial strategies.
- Expertise in facilities services, asset management, and lifecycle planning.
- Experience managing large budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
- Experience leading leaders and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence decisions across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to adapt to and learn the technology platforms, systems, applications, and equipment used in the role.

Extra Toppings — Desired Experience

As a Facilities Services Senior Director, we prefer you to have:

- Experience supporting large-scale restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit operations.
- Experience leading enterprise maintenance or facilities services programs.
- Expertise in vendor strategy, contract management, and service delivery optimization.

Where & How You’ll Work

This role is based at the San Antonio Home Office, working on‑site Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays. In this role, you’ll have strong collaboration with leadership, across cross-functional teams, and with external partners to align capabilities with restaurant realities. The work environment is fast‑paced and requires sound judgment, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills. Full‑time availability is required, with occasional extended hours based on business needs, along with occasional travel to properties, project sites, and external meetings. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the San Antonio Home Office.
