About this role

Food & Beverage Lead

Padel is social — and food and beverage is an important part of the experience at Union Padel Club.

As our Food & Beverage Lead , you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our bar and food program, helping create a welcoming and high-quality experience for members, guests, and events.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll spend time behind the bar serving drinks, preparing and plating food, supporting events, and keeping the space organized and ready for service. At the same time, you’ll take ownership of many of the operational details that keep the program running smoothly, including inventory, ordering, vendor coordination, deliveries, and supplies.

This role is ideal for someone with prior food and beverage or hospitality experience who is ready to take on more ownership and help build a growing program. We’re not looking for a traditional restaurant manager — we’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, takes initiative, and can manage the details behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the day-to-day operation of the club’s food and beverage program
- Serve members and guests at the bar and throughout the club
- Prepare drinks and support basic food preparation, heating, plating, and service
- Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming bar and food service area
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate ordering and restocking
- Coordinate with food, beverage, and other operating vendors and suppliers
- Receive and organize deliveries and ensure products are stored appropriately
- Help manage product availability, waste, and overall operational efficiency
- Support food and beverage needs for private events, tournaments, and club programming
- Work with club leadership on menu offerings, pricing, product selection, and improvements to the overall F&B experience
- Assist with other hospitality and club needs as required

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, restaurant, bar, or similar environments
- Strong hospitality and customer-service mindset
- Comfortable serving food and alcoholic beverages
- Organized and dependable, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage inventory, vendors, and multiple day-to-day priorities
- Willingness to be hands-on and jump in wherever needed
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Cooking or food preparation experience is a plus, but not required
