UX/UI Designer

Your Responsibilities

- Design mobile-first user journeys that balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints

- Work closely with product managers, developers, marketing team and stakeholders to refine and validate solutions

- Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, research synthesis, prototyping, and design quality

- Create and maintain design systems and UI component libraries

- Actively participate in design critiques and cross-functional reviews

Your Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on mobile products

- Excellent English skills

- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile UX/UI thinking, real-world constraints and shipped products

- Proficiency in Figma - components, prototyping, auto-layout, design systems

- Practical experience using AI tools for design tasks e.g. ideation, UX research support, content generation, UI exploration

- Strong design thinking mindset - ability to understand user context, test assumptions early and validate ideas before moving to high-fidelity design

- Strong ability to collaborate with developers

- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities

- Comfortable working in an agile, fastmoving company environment

- Confident tackling complex systems and transforming them into simple, intuitive mobile experiences

Nice to have

- Experience with UX design is a strong plus, particularly in applying UX principles to enhance the overall user experience.

- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
