Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Hiring Department : Administration Department

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating and processing Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requirements, supplier quotations, and contractual agreements.
- Reviewing and reconciling vendor pro-forma invoices and supporting documents against Supplier contracts and PO requirements.
- Following up with Suppliers on open POs, order confirmations, delivery commitments, and expediting overdue or critical orders
- Coordinating with Rig Teams, Warehouses, and Internal Stakeholders for timely PO approvals, order releases, goods receipts, and closure.
- Preparing regular procurement, open-order, reconciliation, and status reports for internal Stakeholders.

Qualification:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Working knowledge or experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Finance will be preferred.

Experience:

- 3+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Finance

Qualities or Attributes:

·        Proactive – Takes initiative to drive PO creation, follow-ups, approvals, and issue resolution.

·        Attention to Detail – Strong ability to identify and reconcile discrepancies in POs, invoices, pricing, and quantities.

·        Ownership & Accountability – Follows assigned POs and actions through to completion and closure.

·        Critical Thinking & Problem Solving – Ability to analyze issues and resolve them with minimal supervision.

·        Excellent Communication Skills – Effectively coordinates with Suppliers, Rig Teams, Warehouses, and Internal Stakeholders.
