Pay Rate: Starts at $23.00 (Higher rates available depending on experience)

About the Company:
Our client is a leading provider of structural substation work for data centers, working with a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, silicon, and titanium. They handle both thin and thick gauge structural steel, delivering high-quality solutions to critical infrastructure needs.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process specifications to fabricate parts within required tolerances.
- Perform welding and metal fabrication tasks using appropriate equipment and tools.
- Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and production schedules.
- Inspect completed work and report production results as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Fluxcore MIG welding.
- Ability to pass a flat 1G weld test; 3G welding capability preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Experience using inspection tools, including micrometers, calipers, and rulers.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use squares, tape measures, Bessey clamps, reachovers, levels, and hammers.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- TIG welding experience.
