Senior Application Developer – Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
Experience: 5–8 years | Location: Pune | Type: Full-time
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong Sales Cloud expertise to build and enhance solutions across the lead-to-cash lifecycle, with working knowledge of Service Cloud.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy Sales Cloud solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL and Flows.
- Build and optimise lead management, opportunity management, quotes and territory management.
- Support PRM processes such as deal registration and partner portals.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (billing, marketing tools) via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Enhance Sales,Service Cloud and PRM features as needed.
- Own deployments through CI/CD, perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Work with QA, admins and product owners in an Agile setup.
Required skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, primarily on Sales Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of the Sales Cloud data model and processes (Leads, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, Quotes).
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and test classes.
- Good understanding of the Salesforce security model and integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git and CI/CD tools.
- Working knowledge of Service Cloud, PRM.
- Good to have - CPQ
AI skills
Good to have experience implementing AI use cases on Salesforce is a plus. Candidates without this experience should show a strong willingness to learn and implement AI solutions.
Preferred
- Certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud or a SaaS product company.
Soft skills
Strong problem-solving, clear communication, ownership mindset and a collaborative approach.
